Module Description

The goal of this module is to simplify the user interface of slicer and more particularly for people who want to quantify differences between two models or make measurement on one model.
The Slicer's modules useful for quantification are all quickly accessible from LongitudinalQuantification, they are organized in three different tabs: Preprocessing, Quantification and Analysis.

Tutorials

Scene

LongitudinalQuantification SceneTab.png This tab offer the possibility to modify how the models and the landmarks lists are displayed in the 3D view of Slicer.

The user has the possibility ti hide/show them, modify their color and their opacity.

Input Data

LongitudinalQuantification InputTab.png In this tab, the user will have to choose if he wants to make measurements between two models or on one single model.

If the user choose to work with two models, a group box will appear where he will be able to switch between the two models.

Computation

LongitudinalQuantification ComputationTab.png Those three tabs will allow the user to switch between the different modules.

The preprocessing tab contains EasyClip and SurfaceRegistration.
The quantification tab contains AnglePlanes, ModelToModelDistance and Q3DC.
The analysis tab contains MeshStatistics, PickAndPaint and ShapePopulationViewer.
