Hi. this is talayeh and i am a phd student in biomedical engineering and i am my thesis is about the fusion of echocardiography and cardiac ct angiography. i have done the temporal registration and i am trying to find the best slice of ct volume to match the 2D echocardiography image. so i am working on 2D to 3D image registration, after finding the best slice i want to fuse the 2 modalities to improve the diagnosis
