I am a Research Assistant at the Quantitative Tumor Imaging Lab at Martinos. I'm currently working on modules to create subtraction maps and easy segmentation workflows in high-resolution spaces. I'm also interested in Dockerizing various aspects of Slicer and shipping them out. Within and without of Slicer, I am working on creating standards for common texture features used to analyze tumors.
