Removal of the --gdb flag from Slicer

This is an attempt to document the changes that must be made to this page to reflect the following pull request: [1] There are two usages of --gdb in this page:

1. In the section Analyze a segmentation fault
2. In the section GDB debug with launch arguments

Each of these sections should be modified to indicate that these techniques will no longer work with Slicer after the PR is accepted. Furthermore, we need to provide working alternatives.
