Update
- Windows factory updates. Transition to VS2013 consistently keep a 33% speed up in a build time.

- Inconsistent behavior with Editor Widget between stable and nightly releases (Christian)
Conclusion
- 4141 : Steve will look into the problem. Then, we will either do a patch release or a new release in few weeks.
- Re Inconsistent behavior: Jc is doing a build of Slicer 4.5.0-1, will cherry-pick r24811 and report back.
