Updates

  • New Slicer configure option OPENSSL_DOWNLOAD_VERSION. By default to 1.0.1h on windows and 1.0.1e on unix, can now be set to 1.0.1l on either windows or unix.
  • Slicer and VTK core dev discussed VolumeRendering issues associated with OpenGL2. A VTK test using Slicer dataset CTChest sample data will be added.
  • New CustomSlicerGenerator extension (work in progress, Steve, Francois, Bea)
  • New SimpleITK registration (Brad)
