- Update of ITK and SimpleITK version on hold. Waiting for:
- ITK fix to be integrated: http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/13670/
- BRAINS issue to be fixed. See https://github.com/BRAINSia/BRAINSTools/issues/73
Conclusion
- Patch integrate into ITK. See b95e6a0c835e
- Discuss with Spiros about the execution of script in the main event loop. Use of QCoreApplication::processEvent or dedicated thread could be useful to avoid the application to hang.
- Need to define a timeline for final transition to git.
