Update

• Windows factory updates. Transition to VS2013 consistently keep a 33% speed up in a build time.

To Discuss

• Crash closing scene after using CLI GUI http://na-mic.org/Mantis/view.php?id=4141
• Inconsistent behavior with Editor Widget between stable and nightly releases (Christian)

Conclusion

• 4141 : Steve will look into the problem. Then, we will either do a patch release or a new release in few weeks.
• Re Inconsistent behavior: Jc is doing a build of Slicer 4.5.0-1, will cherry-pick [r24811](https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/commit/92c88971b) and report back.
