I am a 3rd year undergraduate in the biomedical engineering department at University of Minnesota working as a research assistant at Matt Johnson's Neuromodulation Research and Technology Lab. I mainly work on processing the MRI volumes and building the infrastructures for computational models for Deep Brain Stimulation therapies. I am currently working on an algorithm to warp brain atlas to MRI image to identify deep brain structures.
