Module Description

Blank or Crop a datacube given either a segmentation or a region of interest.

Panels and their use

Two masking operations are available:

  • Blank:

1000px 1000px

  • Crop:

1000px 1000px

In the case of cropping with a segmentation, it will be performed a blanking with NaN outside the selection as well.
