Conclusion

• ITKv4 will need more testing
  • Packaging on windows still to be sorted out
  • Need to check for failing tests, ideally with dashboard machines
  • Still some EMSegmenter build errors to work through on windows (not yet captured in bug reports)
• Discussion of threading in SimpleITK (leading to creation of project for SLC)
• Discussion of issues for DICOM breakout session at SLC
• Discussion of Endoscopy module bugs
