    • Input Image Volume [--inputVolume] : Required: input image file name
    • Output Image Volume [--outputVolume] : Required: name of output NRRD file containing the clipped anisotropy image
    • Clip First Slice [--clipFirstSlice] : Clip the first slice of the anisotropy image Default value: 0
    • Clip Last Slice [--clipLastSlice] : Clip the last slice of the anisotropy image Default value: 0
