Slicer 3 Visualization Comments Added 6/25/09

 Slide 69 and 70 are exactly the same.  (Fixed)

Slicer 3-minute:

 Slide 10: Where is the Slicer3 101 page?
 Slide 14: The folder is called Slicer3MinuteDataset
 Slide 26: Doesn't specify how to browse through the coronal slides

 No major flaws when running Slicer3.4 on Windows.

 Error occurs when trying to open the Slicer 3-minute tutorial on Windows with Firefox.

 For the Mac Intel, slide 29, there is no right click, but ctrl-click, does not zoom.  Apple-click zooms.

 Slide 16: path is Slicer3VisualizationDataSet: Slicer3Visualization: dicom on Windows

 Slide 27: Arrow points to the wrong place

 Slide 32: The image in the drop down menu is just 001, not 001.dcm

 Slide 31: Mac Intel: Image is not automatically adjusted

 Slide 33: Only changing the drop down menu for background changes the image and clicking on the icons doesn't seem to do anything.

 For both Mac and Windows, the image is not automatically adjusted when switching from conventional layout to red slice only layout.  When you   switch back and forth multiple times, the image shrinks each time.

 Slide 36: Slicer does not automatically adjust the images to the size of the window.

 Slide 38: Should be click on File: Add volume

 Slide 42: Have to change foreground to spgr.nhdr

 Are slides 38 to 42 supposed to be there?  They are the same as 43 to 49, but 43 to 49 seem like an updated version.

 Slide 55: There are no black planes, just the slices of brain scan.

 Slide 62: You have to change the module to models.  Screenshot is outdated.

 Slide 63: Outdated screen shot.
