Status of the C local related issue
"Transforms" issues:
- Modifying the transform matrix of a linear transform does not change file status to "Modified". See http://na-mic.org/Mantis/view.php?id=3020
- Renaming a node (1) does not update file name and (2) does not update modified status. See http://na-mic.org/Mantis/view.php?id=3019
- "Hardening" multiplies matrices in wrong order. See http://na-mic.org/Mantis/view.php?id=3018
- Volumes not marked as modified on Save after hardening parent transform. See http://www.na-mic.org/Mantis/view.php?id=2980

Discuss the FiberViewerLite and DTIAtlasBuilder extensions from Francois
- What is needed to make them work?
