Introduction
This module is used for loading, saving, changing the appearance and organizing 3d surface models. The module is a core module for Slicer 3.
Load
- Load Model allows to load a single model
- Load Model directory will load all the models that are located in in the selected directory
Display
- Load Freesurfer Overlay: If you have a Freesurfer surface model (e.g. lh.orig) you can select here the overlay (e.g. lh.sulc)
- Model Select: Select the model that you want to modify from a list
- Visibility: turn a model on or off
- Scalar visibility: If the model comes with a scalar field you can make it visible or not, selcet the active scalar, if there are multiple and select the Color Mapping (e.g. rainbow)
